The Post Family
Tree

This family tree is a work in progress, tracing back to Francis Post and Catherine Post (Masson). Francis and Catherine brought Nicholas into the world, who married Odilia Dumont in February 25, 1852, in Folschette Luxembourg. It was Nicholas and Odilia who brought this Post line to America around June 15, 1856.

The site started, out of respect, with the page for Sylvester Gregory Post, my grandfather.

Inside the tree you will find that there are pink-highlighted cells within the tables. These are individuals that I am missing information on. If you know some of the details, please feel free to send it to me at genepool@plantkingdom.com. You will also notice that the tree is not styled in a printer ready format. My intent is to create a visually understandable site that is easy to navigate. If you really need to print the data, there is always the "select all/copy/paste" option.

This is a huge project, so if you are fluent with wysiwyg web publishing programs and find an unfinished branch (aren't they all?), by all means feel free to fill in the blanks and send the attached file to my email! This is a big enough family that any assistance what-so-ever will be greatly appreciated!

If you are an individual in the tree and you want your email, family photos, or stories of yesterday displayed, send that information to me also. It will make a more enjoyable tree for everyone.

The starting reference is a 1980's chart that was forwarded to me by Lillian Bergstrom in the early 1990's. Thank you Lillian for all the work you've been doing on the full scale tree.

Okay, my speech is over, go climb the tree...
...
starting point.
